We bought our house 7 years ago and it was literally a shell, and not a good one at that. We finally decided last year to create somewhere for our two to play and be safe. After working for many weeks we got to this stage!
hmm don’t think the large bits of concrete and stones are that good in a play area?
it has all the basics , its just very very basic!
We then admitted defeat got in a builder and got it to this stage!

yes I was setting it up in the dark as I was so excited! the pit is full of rubber mulch and R’s tree is the Japanese maple in the background

I really need to take some photos of it now with the trampoline in and a tyre swing etc, oh and a few weeds that managed to get through!
The house is for sale now though so who knows we might not get to enjoy it for too long!
