As I have said many times on here I love photography and at any event can be found lurking around taking photos that are not posed.  I got a DSLR for my 30th birthday and nearly 5 years on its is still working but is screaming out to be replaced or rather I am screaming out to get a newer better model!

I have photos all around my house and most of my family and a few Friends have my pictures on their walls both on canvas and in frames.  Most times it was just a fluke that a photograph turned out as i had no idea what I was doing.

Last year I made a resolution to start attending lessons and so far have paid up for 4 sets of beginners lessons.  I could move up but the fact I keep missing sessions due to work etc means that I don’t want to move on until I have everything straight in my head.  Every class I attend helps me learn something new and I really enjoyed getting some time out doing my hobby.

I am starting back to a new set of 7 classes tonight with my dad coming with me and I already know I can’t attend next week.  Fingers crossed I make the other 6 lessons and finally feel comfortable with F stops, aperture, white balance etc etc.

I haven’t picked up my camera in weeks so my main problem tonight will be the fact that I can’t find my battery charger anywhere and have no idea how much charge is left in the two battery packs I have.
