When you think of someone who is successful, or who has ‘made it,’ what thoughts tend to come to mind? If you need to take time right now to contemplate, please do so. Think of someone in your life who has really made it. This person has reached the pinnacle of success as you see it, or maybe just gotten super high up there and is continuing to climb. It’s almost as if there’s some special quality this person has that the rest of us don’t have. So…what thoughts are you thinking of? What is the picture that you paint? Regular exercise that keeps you active, builds up muscle and strengthens the joints which in addition to knee cartilage usually helps to improve symptoms.

Most of today’s society struggles with solely picturing the exterior world of successful people. We picture what they do, what they have, what they’ve achieved, or what they are able to show off to those they know. We think of the job they have, the gifts they can afford for themselves and others, the vacations they go on, and the incentives they win. All of these variables have become new sections of the ‘measuring stick of success’ used in our society. Your GP, or possibly a physiotherapist, will discuss the benefits you can expect from ozone injection and can give you an exercise plan to follow at home.

It really is difficult to perceive success in a way that does not align with how the rest of the world sees it. For example, if you look at any of the many screens we are surrounded by daily, there it is, slapping you in the face. Advertisements show us what success looks like. We watch TV shows or YouTube videos that reinforce this picture. We take these displays regarding what success is and we talk about them in our own personal circles, telling our friends and family what we want in order to create our own picture of success. Your physical activity should include a combination of exercises to help meniscus repair with by strengthening your muscles and exercises and improving your general fitness.

Every instance of success that we see, read about, or speak of really boils down to two or three main categories: Money. The phrase “money talks” couldn’t ring more true than it does today. If you come from a sales background like myself, money can control your life. There is a gap between here, where you are at, and there, where they are at. You want to be there. Fame. I don’t doubt that when I asked you to think of someone successful at the beginning, most of you thought of a person who was famous in some way. Professional athletes, musicians, actors, models, etc. are highly valued in today’s society. This is mostly because what they do gives them a lot of the prior category of success: dolla dolla bills. Media outlets are constantly telling us what famous people have, what they’ve done, who they’ve been getting into bed with, and last but not least, how much we are not like them. Healthy lifestyle habits can be especially helpful for prolozone therapy in these days and times.

Having fame means having all eyes on you, and who wouldn’t want that? Fame means people care about you and what you do. Fame fuels the constant media consumption our society is obsessed with these days, and it tells a lot of young boys and girls what they should want to be when they grow up, or even who they should want to be. We were all there as kids, wanting to be the next pop star after hearing a hit on the radio, or big-time actor after watching someone get nominated for an Oscar (insert eight-year-old you and your “I’d like to thank the Academy…” speech here). Most of us still find ourselves reverting to those thoughts sometimes, wanting some sort of fame or notoriety for what we do in the same way these celebrities and all-stars have it. If your prolotherapy is severe, you may want to avoid high-impact exercises such as running or step aerobics.

Your options for what is prolotherapy will depend on a number of factors unique to you and your health needs.
