Not a blister in sight! **prize draw**

After walking the marathon last week I was so glad I had spent time and money buying a new pair of trainers and using them in my training.  Although every part of me hurt due to the flu my feet were in great condition and there were no blisters to be seen, not bad after walking 26.2 miles

my 11 month old Jack Russell puppy sitting on the back of our sofa looking out the bay window then running away when he saw another dog in our neighbours window. We had new neighbours move in and I think he was shocked to see a dog looking back at him rather than the two little boys who used to live there.
