I was finally was able to get out walking again and on Easter Sunday my mum kept my two while I went out for a walk to see how my toe held out. I had no mileage in mind really and just wanted to get back to going out regularly again. The marathon is quickly approaching and I have started to worry. I know I will finish it but also know I will now be a lot slower than I hoped.
I walked 14 miles in 3 1/2 hours so slower than normal but not too bad.

Glad you are back walking, you did a good distance in a good time too!
We are doing 20 miles on the 21st our last big training walk.
